Announcement: SRUSA Launches Operations in Ireland and Northern Ireland


Sports Recruiting USA are excited to announce that they will now be operating in Northern Ireland and the Republic or Ireland moving forward. There will a number of events announced in the coming weeks which will give both male and female players the opportunity to find out more information about the student athlete route and scholarships in America.

Over the last couple of weeks, SRUSA have announced scouts Ruari Croskery, Danielle Murray and Eddie Shaw. All three have experienced life as a student athlete and will bring their experience to helping players.


Ruari, a former Manchester United Youth Team player and youth international was a student athlete at Limestone College and had a standout career in America. Eddie Shaw competed at one of the top junior college teams in the nation in Eastern Florida State College who are regularly pushing for the national title. Danielle, also of Limestone College and who recently graduated, was an All-region and All-conference midfielder and was a former Irish youth international.

SRUSA Head of Women’s Soccer, Jon Maloney had this to say about the launch ‘We are excited to branching out into both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. The guys we have brought on board have all been through the college process in America and have a desire to help both male and female players with the opportunity to become student athletes. Along with being exceptional footballers, Ruari, Danielle and Eddie have great personalities and a desire to help people which we look for here at SRUSA’

James Dawes, Head Men’s Soccer Consultant had this to say about the opportunities for players. ‘‘It’s an extremely exciting time at SRUSA at the moment, with our operations in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland commencing. We will be looking to identify the top youth level talent in Ireland and provide players with a life-changing opportunity in the US. I know that the level of talent is extremely high, so I can’t wait to get to work and help players go on to achieve their dream.’
